COVID-19 Policies and Procedures

The Center for Lifelong Learning follows guidelines established by USC Aiken in taking precautions to protect against COVID-19. You may learn the details of these guidelines by referring to the university's COVID-19 webpage.

You should understand the details of these guidelines. To get you started, we are summarizing the major points here:

  • Masks are optional in classrooms (see 3/25/2022 USCA revision). Individual CLL instructors may request that you wear a mask and/or maintain social distancing in their classroom.
  • Maintain social distancing if you desire.
  • Use disinfecting products on hands and surfaces as appropriate if you desire.
  • CLL strongly recommends that you get vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19.

If you test positive for COVID-19 shortly after attending one of our classes, it is important that you let us know so that we may inform others in the classroom with you. Call 803-641-3741.
