A parking pass is required to park on campus to attend CLL classes. To acquire a pass, take your driver's license and vehicle registration certificate to Room 126 of the Business and Education Building. You may also acquire a pass at Open House if you bring your license and registration. Passes are valid for a year—check the expiration date on your decal. When you come to campus, place your decal in the lower left corner of your windshield and park only in spaces with white lines; spaces with yellow lines are reserved for USCA faculty.
This page provides information about how to get to the USC Aiken campus and where to park when you get there. All students, staff, and instructors are required to have a current campus parking permit decal displayed on their windshield (there is an exception for non-faculty instructors teaching a short course). You must park in spaces with white lines.
Get driving directions to the campus from any address.
Open the campus map on the USC Aiken website in a new tab. The Center for Lifelong Learning (CLL) Tech Center may be found at coordinates D8 on this map; use Parking Lot A. The Business & Education Building may be found at D6; use Parking Lot C.
All students, staff, and instructors must have a current campus parking permit decal displayed on their vehicle windshields when parking in the campus parking lots. There is no fee for this decal.
Parking permit decals expire the end of August each year. Those not displaying a decal or displaying an expired decal are subject to fines or having their vehicle towed.
To obtain your parking decal:
If you already have your decal, you do not need to get a new one until you reach the expiration date shown on the decal.
Instructors - Non-faculty instructors who are visiting campus only to teach a Center short course may obtain a temporary parking permit hang tag. Contact USC Aiken Continuing Education Department for more information (info@aikenlearning.org or 803-641-3741).
As noted above, all students, staff, and instructors must have a current parking permit decal displayed in the lower left corner (driver's side) of their windshield to park in any campus parking lot.
You may park in any lot on the campus. You must park only in spaces with white lines. Spaces with yellow lines are reserved for USC Aiken faculty.
Parking Lot A (see map) is most convenient to the Lifelong Learning Tech Center, where most techical courses are taught. Parking Lot C is most convenient to the Business & Education Building where most general interest courses are taught.
The permit decal is required even if parking in handicap spaces with handicap permits. If no handicap spaces in a lot are open, those displaying handicap parking permits may park in the yellow-lined spaces normally reserved for USC Aiken faculty and staff. Your handicap permit must be on display.
